Biographical
Anne Kevlin brings more than 30 years of legal and dispute resolution expertise to her mission to help parties avoid the uncertainty, risk, and expense of litigation throughout the United States. Anne serves on both the mediation and the arbitration panels of the American Arbitration Association. She is also a certified arbitrator with ARIAS-U.S, and conducts arbitrations for arbitral entities such as New Era ADR and Resolute Systems LLC. Anne also serves on arbitration panels pursuant to insurance policy "New York Arbitration" provisions.
Anne's experience includes regulatory and litigation work with both admitted and surplus lines insurance carriers, and with the Lloyd's, London insurance market. Anne's leadership roles have included litigation management for a Lloyd's, London syndicate; Vice President of Litigation for an insurance company, and Managing Shareholder for the Florida offices of a national law firm.
Anne mediates and arbitrates on behalf of individuals, businesses, public entities, corporate boards, homeowner and condominium boards, and insurers on a broad variety of topics including financial lending, insurance coverage, personal injury, professional negligence, employment, and family law. Anne holds an “AV Preeminent” attorney rating with Martindale-Hubbell, and is recognized by both Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers. She holds a certificate in Mediation and Conflict Management from the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation. She also holds a certificate in Mediating the Litigated Case from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University. Anne is a proud Diplomat Member with the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.
Anne is a graduate of the University of Iowa College of Law, where she served on the Iowa Law Review and the Trial Advocacy Board. In addition to Florida, Anne is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. She received her master’s degree in management in 2011 from the Harvard Extension School, and she received her CII Award in London Market that same year.

Rates Information
Two sided mediation:
$260 per hour per side ($520 per hour total)
Three sided mediation:
$220 per hour per side ($660 per hour total)
Four or more sided mediation
$200 per hour per side
Arbitration $550 per hour
