Biographical

Thomas has been a Civil trial lawyer since 1977 and tried over 100 jury trials. He has personally led more than 1,000 mediation conferences and over 200 video mediation conferences during his sixteen years as a trial court mediator.  Thomas is certified by the Florida Supreme Court in Circuit Court and Appelllate mdeiations. Thomas has also done many arbitrations as either the sole arbitrator or the neutral arbitrator and has extensive experience in admiralty matters, personal injury matters and commercial matters.
