Stephanie Chow

Stephanie Chow has successfully mediated hundreds of complex civil disputes, with individual settlements ranging into tens of millions. Her work routinely involves multi-party actions, across the full spectrum of civil litigation, including employment, intellectual property, entertainment, bankruptcy, consumer class actions, cryptocurrency, Native American disputes, sexual abuse, and major torts.

As a partner with Antonio Piazza at Mediated Negotiations, Stephanie established the firm's Founder Advisory Program, offering strategies and advice on navigating direct negotiations, and managing issues before they deteriorate into expensive distractions or become missed opportunities.

Stephanie lectures at Columbia University and Stanford University in mediation and negotiations. She is a member of the State Bar Associations of California, New York and Washington, has been inducted into the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, and is recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Stephanie earned her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law. She spent her third year at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. 

She graduated from Columbia University, summa cum laude, with a Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution.

She graduated from Northeastern University, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Business and International Affairs.
