Rates Information
Mediation
$400.00/hr. (2hr. min)
Generally, the fee is split evenly between the parties, unless otherwise agreed. Rate may vary for mediations involving more than two parties.
Arbitration
$500.00/hr. (2hr. min)
Fees for court-ordered arbitration may be limited by Order of the Court.
