I am a full time mediator/arbitrator.  My career as a neutral began in 1991 with my attendance at the Attorney-Mediators Institute in Dallas.  In 2004 I opened the St. Louis Mediation & Arbitration Center.  I am locally recognized as a "go to" person for help with the resolution of business disputes including the areas of employment, civil rights, real estate, contracts, trademark, wage and hour, consumer, insurance and statutory claims of all kinds.  I do not handle Family Law matters.

My legal career began in Houston in 1972 where I practiced with a number of small firms and on my own until 2003 when I moved to St. Louis.  My law practice, much like my ADR practice was business oriented, representing banks, telecommunications companies, insurance companies, real estate buyers and sellers, employers and employees in a variety of matters, alleged trademark infringers, and constructions companies.  Though I am not engaged in the practice of law, I am licensed to practice in Texas, Missouri, and several federal courts including the United States Supreme Court.

I attend at least 15 hours of advanced ADR training per year.  I am a regular speaker and presenter to lawyers on the subject of ADR.
