Biographical
After nearly forty years of trying cases across Northwest Florida in state and federal courts Bob now focuses his practice primarily on mediation. He is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil Mediator. Additionally, he is a Board Certified in Civil Trial by the Board of Legal Specialization and Education.of the Florida Bar. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United State Supreme Court.
Bob has lectured at continuing legal education (CLE) courses sponsored by The Florida Bar and other statewide legal organizations. For over ten years he chaired the Advanced Trial Advocacy seminar hosted annually by the Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar. This five day, interactive seminar is held each May at the University of Florida Law School.

Rates Information
My rates are as follows:
1) $250.00 per hour, per party; 4 hour minimum charge for half day mediation
2) 8 hour minimum for full day mediation;
3) For mediations with 4 or more parties will be charged pro rata at the 3 party rate.
4)Cancellation fee is equal to the time reserved for the mediation or arbitration scheduled
5) Cancellation fee imposed if cancelled within 5 business days of start time of mediation. Notification must be received by my office 5 days before the start time to avoid being charged the full minimum charge listed above.
