Paul Knott

Paul has been practicing personal injury and worker’s compensation law in Macon, Georgia for the last thirty-two years, representing both plaintiffs and defendants.

Paul has extensive training and experience as a mediator having conducted over twelve-hundred mediations throughout the State of Georgia over the last nine years. He is registered as a mediator and arbitrator with the Georgia Supreme Court’s Commission on Dispute Resolution, as well as with the Macon and Houston Judicial Circuit’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.

As a general civil mediator, Paul is prepared to assist parties in resolving disputes, in a way that is both clear and affirming and avoids costly and expensive litigation. He believes that most disputes can be resolved if all parties are willing to compromise based on a full understanding of the facts and the applicable law.
