Biographical
With over twenty five years in practice exclusively focused on litigation, Nick Felix honed his trial skills first as a prosecutor and Special Assistant U.S. Attorney as a JAG Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, then in his current practice representing individual and corporate plaintiff and defendant clients in personal and complex commercial/corporate litigation in State and Federal Courts. Nick has represented international individual clients in contract, employment, and real estate cases, as well as national corporations in commercial and professional liability cases.
A substantial portion of Nick’s practice is devoted to Alternative Dispute Resolution. He is a licensed and certified State and Federal arbitrator and mediator. Nick is regularly consulted by other attorneys to assist their clients in producing timely and cost effective results to the most contentious or complex disputes. In the past thirty years Nick has mediated over a thousand cases including, class action, commercial/residential development, multi-party construction, consumer/corporate finance, intellectual property, personal injury, probate, profession malpractice, and real estate.
