Biographical
A Rule 31 listed mediator since 2006, Mr. Mayer has been mediating cases for over 13 years. Mr. Mayer uses his litigation experience to move the parties to resolve their disputes. Mr. Mayer employs individual resolution strategies based on the facts, parties and unique issues to move the parties to resolution. His energy, experience and refusal to quit make him a highly effective mediator with a proven track record of resolving disputes.
Mr. Mayer is past ADR Committee Chair of the Memphis Bar Association and a member of the Memphis ADR American Inn of Court.
Mr. Mayer is a partner with Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.
Minton Mayer’s practice is focused on representation of long-term care providers, assisted living facilities and other health care providers but he continues to practice in commercial litigation, product liability, automobile liability, professional liability, intentional torts and premises liability.
He is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Arkansas and is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Western, and Middle Districts of Tennessee; U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas; the Supreme Court of Tennessee; and the Supreme Court of Arkansas.
He has extensive trial experience. Minton’s professional practice and volunteer experience as General Counsel and former President of a nursing home provide him with unique insight into the operational, compliance, risk management and board functions of long-term care providers. His awareness of his clients’ day-to-day opportunities and challenges beyond litigation allow him to better serve their needs.
Minton is co-managing partner of the Memphis and Nashville offices of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.

Rates Information
$295.00 per hour for 3 or less parties. (Rate is divided by the number of parties). $325.00 per hour for 4 or more parties (Rate is divided by the number of parties).
