Biographical
Joel A. Howe of Macon is a partner in the Litigation Section at Martin Snow, LLP. He has extensive experience in a wide range of civil trials and litigation matters, for both plaintiffs and defendants, including personal injury and wrongful death cases involving motor vehicle accidents, motor carrier liability, premises liability (slip and falls, negligent/inadequate security), medical malpractice and professional liability, and dram shop cases. Mr. Howe also has extensive experience with insurance coverage disputes and declaratory judgment actions.
Mr. Howe is a certified mediator and arbitrator, registered with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution, and a panel member with Adams ADR, offering complete alternative dispute resolution services throughout Georgia.
