Gregory Witke

Greg has 37 years of experience in civil litigation with an emphasis the past several years in serving as a mediator. Greg's experience in litigation includes personal injury, construction defects, product liability, insurance law and professional liability, including the defense of physicians, dentists, lawyers, accountants, architects and insurance agents in litigation, as well as representation in matters before state licensing boards. He has litigated matters throughout the State of Iowa and in federal courts.

Greg's hourly rate is $390 per hour, billed for time spent in mediation, preparation, and related communications. A $150 administrative fee applies to each mediation to cover scheduling, coordination, and case management. For mediations conducted outside Polk County, travel time is billed at the standard hourly rate. Mileage is billed at the current IRS rate, and other reasonable travel expenses are charged at cost.
