Biographical
Erica has been a litigator in Portland for 25 years and has vast experience working for both defense and plaintiff's firms. She has extensive jury trial experience and has conducted thousands of arbitrations and hundreds of mediations.
Since 2012, Erica has been a full-time arbitrator and mediator serving on UM and UIM panel arbitrations. She is a FINRA certified arbitrator.

Hampshire College 1991. The University of Oregon Law School 1996. Forty-hour mediator training completed in addition to years of presenting CLE's on the topics of mediation and arbitration for the OSB, the MBA, OWLS, OADC, and OTLA.

Oregon State Bar (Alternative Dispute Resolution Section Member), Multnomah Bar Association, Oregon Women Lawyers, Admitted to practice in Federal Court. Neutral member of OADC and OTLA.
