Biographical
Dirk is a retired Montana judge with over 25 years of combined experience in the legal system as a lawyer and judge. He most recently served for 8 years as a Montana Supreme Court Justice, following 14 years as a District Judge in the Montana Eighth Judicial District Court in Great Falls and Cascade County.
Drawing from his extensive legal expertise, understanding of conflict resolution, and experience as neutral third parties, he now specializes in helping individuals, businesses, and organizations mutually resolve their disputes through mediation. As an alternative to traditional litigation, mediation helps parties resolve disputes in a more collaborative, cost-effective, timely, and satisfactory manner. Whether you're dealing with family, business, or community disputes, Dirk's mediation services provide a neutral environment where open dialogue and creative solutions can flourish.
