Mr. Muchmore practiced law with the firm of O’Connor, Cavanagh, Anderson, Westover, Killingsworth and Beshears for 17 years. His practice focused almost exclusively on litigation involving insurance defense, including personal injury, professional liability, and insurance coverage disputes. In 1993 he formed Muchmore & Wallwork and Mr. Muchmore began representing plaintiffs in personal injury, professional liability and insurance coverage disputes. In 2003 Mr. Muchmore became Of Counsel at Burch & Cracchiolo, PA where he continued his litigation practice and expanded his ADR practice. In January 2015, Mr. Muchmore ceased his litigation practice in order to be a full time neutral with the preeminent Phoenix ADR firm Scott and Skelly.

My fee is $500.00 per hour for Zoom mediation/arbitration/appraisal.

Effective January 1, 2023, the rate for in-person and hybrid ADR including mediation/arbitration/appraisal will be $600 per hour.  I do not have a venue for in person ADR, but will travel to counsel's office or another neutral site.

My Cancelation Fee is $1,500 for half-day ADR if not cancelled/rescheduled with 15 days notice and the Cancelation Fee for full-day ADR is $3,000 if not cancelled/rescheduled with 15 days notice.  I will not charge a Cancelation Fee if time can be re-booked.

I strongly prefer Zoom for mediations and arbitrations.  I encourage you to review the NADN 2022 Litigator Surveys Report:  HERE
