Rates Information
- 2 Party Mediations $250 per hour/per party
- 3 or more Party Mediations $200 per hour/per party
There is a two (2) hour minimum ($1000) for half day sessions and a four (4) hour minimum ($2000) for a full day session.
Sessions cancelled 3 days or less before the scheduled session will be charged $500 per party for a half day, and $1000 for a full day session.
Mediations or arbitrations may be held at any location agreed upon by all of the parties. If the parties cannot agree, then the mediation or arbitration will be held at a court reporter’s office selected by Bill Levens, in the county where the matter is pending. No fee will be charged for travel to Hillsborough, Pinellas or Pasco counties. Travel outside of these counties will be billed at the rate of $150.00 per hour.
