Mr. Davis has maintained a commercial and insurance trial practice in Oklahoma for over 40 years. He is a certified mediator, trained by the American Arbitration Association, and has mediated and arbitrated over 1,500 cases. He has tried over 50 civil jury cases to conclusion primarily in personal injury and tort cases in which has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants (as insurance defense counsel). Mr. Davis has served as Treasurer and Chair of the ADR Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association. He has been a presenter in several ADR seminars sponsored by the Oklahoma Bar Association and has lectured in ADR related classes at the University of Oklahoma School of Law and Oklahoma City University School of law. For several years, he has been a member of the Association of Attorney-Mediators. He is rated "AV Preeminent" by Martindale-Hubbell. On a personal note, he has been married for 40 years and has three adult children and three grandchildren with another on the way. He is active in his church where he has served in leadership positions. He is invloved in a prison ministry called the Oklahoma Messages Project that seeks to protect the bond between innocent children and their incarcerated parents.

Mr. Davis is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, He is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Oklahoma, the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Mediations: $300/hour with a 3 hour minimum and 7 hour maximum split equally among the parties. No administrative or set-up fees. Outside OKC metro, I charge travel time at $100.00 per hour split equally among the parties. Arbitrations: Single Arbitrator-$300/hour split equally among parties. 3 Arbitrator Panel: $300/hour charged to party selecting my services or split equally between parties if selected by other arbitrators.
