Biographical
Martin A. Soll is a well respected mediator and arbitrator throughout the State of Florida. Martin is a Certified Circuit Civil, Family and Federal Mediator who has mediated 1000's of cases in the areas of employment discriminations and labor law, personal injury, commercial, admiralty, aviation, insurance and family law.
He is a Diplomate Member of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators and serves on the mediation and arbitration panels for several prestigious organizations including the EEOC, Department of Justice, Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, Florida Public Employees Relations Commission, National Mediation Board, AAA Labor/Management and Employment Panel and the National Association of Securities Dealers. At the St. Thomas University Law School, Mr. Soll has taught Alternative Dispute Resolution, Collective Bargaining and Arbitration.
