Sep 26, 2023: It is with great sadness that we confirm the passing of Mr. Friedman this week.
The Academy sends our sincere condolences to his loved ones and colleagues, he'll be greatly missed within our ADR community.

Ronald M. Friedman was actively engaged in the private practice of law for 18 years prior to becoming a Circuit Court Judge in 1984. He served on the bench of the 11th Circuit for 26 years primarily in the civil division. He was a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil mediator whose mediation specialties are matters involving commercial litigation, personal injury, malpractice, business and corporate law.
