Biographical
Ken is a highly experienced neutral. His professional experience includes litigation and contract issues in construction, real estate, general business, oil and gas, probate and estate planning/trust administration. He has successfully mediated numerous large and complex disputes. He believes that the mediation alternative should be explored as soon as practicable in all disputes, large and small. In the last 10 years, Ken has also accepted and skillfully handled numerous arbitration assignments in medical cases as well as special master and referee assignments in complex business and construction disputes.
