John E. Vukelich

I have completed civil jury trials in State District Courts in Minnesota involving injuries including wrongful death, quadriplegia, paraplegia, eye-out cases, traumatic amputation cases, traumatic brain injury cases, the gamut of orthopaedic and soft tissue cases, lost income and diminished earning capacity cases as well as prepared and argued appeals in the United States Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Minnesota Court of Appeals and the Minnesota Supreme Court.

I am a very experienced Rule 114 neutral, and have mediated well over four thousand State and Federal District Court cases both in Minnesota and other jurisdictions involving a wide range of civil litigation as referred to above and including clergy as well as intrafamilial sexual abuse cases and numerous significant commercial and coverage disputes. I have also conducted private party arbitrations as a sole arbitrator and as an arbitration panel member in binding and nonbinding arbitrations as well as early neutral evaluations and fact finding and discovery disputes. I have also served as a special master.
