Biographical
Deborah Ferguson is an accomplished mediator, having effectively resolved over fifty litigated disputes. She has extensive mediation training including the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law, and has been appointed by federal and state courts to serve as a Special Master.
A seasoned litigator with over thirty years of experience representing plaintiffs and defendants, she has handled diverse civil cases, involving complex torts, property rights, civil rights and environmental challenges. Deborah has served as lead counsel in cases of national significance, such as a successful constitutional challenge to Idaho’s same sex marriage ban.

Rates Information
$325.00 an hour, shared equally between the parties and travel costs, if any if outside 50 miles from Boise, Idaho.
