Biographical
Since 1992 I have served as a dedicated mediator/arbitrator and a strategic mediation consultant and have mediated more than 14,000 claims. My experience as a mediator is varied and includes significant experience in a wide variety of civil matters. My practice is limited to serving as a neutral either as a mediator or arbitrator.
Having concentrated my practice in civil litigation since 1983, I am an experienced trial lawyer. I have tried over 75 cases to verdict in state and federal courts and have argued before the Kentucky Court of Appeals, Kentucky Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. I am an ordained minister of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).
