Representative cases: The Shaw Group, Inc. v. Triplefine Int'l Corp., 322 F.3d 115 (2d Cir. 2003); Letelier v. Republic of Chile, 748 F.2d 790 (2d Cir. 1984); In re Uranium Antitrust Litigation, 617 F.2d 1248 (7th Cir. 1980); Institut Pasteur v. Cambridge Biotech Corp., 186 F. 3d 1356 (Fed. Cir. 1999). Experience includes legal work in connection with vaccines, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, antibiotics, growth hormones, birth control products, agricultural chemicals, nuclear power, international uranium cartel, petroleum concessions by sovereign government, transmission of electric power, oil pipelines, securities and securities derivatives, photographic products, flash memory devices, veterinary products, banking, insurance, paper products, amusement parks and tourist destinations, convenience stores, cotton production, sovereign immunity, enforcement of judgments against states and defaulting parties, etc.
