BIOGRAPHICAL:Bill has a broad based civil litigation practice. He has substantial experience in representing lenders in all types of litigation, including mortgage and security interest lien foreclosures, lender liability defense, and bankruptcy. Bill's probate litigation practice includes the representation of personal representatives, beneficiaries, and creditors. In the arena of business organization disputes, Bill has handled a variety of matters including shareholder derivative cases and entity dissolutions. Bill has extensive experience in representing title insurance companies and their insureds in title curative litigation.
Since 1995, Bill has also devoted a substantial percentage of his practice to work as a mediator and arbitrator. He has mediated many civil matters for firms in Northwest Florida.
Bill is admitted to practice before the U. S. Court of Appeal, Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida. He has an AV rating in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.
EDUCATION:Bill earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in 1968, and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Florida State University College of Law in 1976.

Rates
Mediations:
1. $300.00 per hour for two parties ($150.00 per hour per party).
2. $330.00 per hour for three parties ($110.00 per hour per party) and $400.00 per hour for four or more parties ($100.00 per hour per party). (Obviously, in most cases a husband and wife would be considered one party as would a business entity and its principal if both are parties to the case. Also, when one attorney represents several parties with a common interest such will be treated as one party.)
Arbitrations
- $350.00/hour;
