BIOGRAPHICAL:Upon graduation, I began practice with the firm of Landis, Graham, French, Husfeld, Sherman & Ford, P.A., and practiced there from 1980-1991. In 1991, I organized my own practice in association with Chobee Ebbets under the name of Ebbets & Armstrong. In 1999, Timothy Traster joined the firm now known as Ebbets, Armstrong & Traster.
Throughout my 25 years of practice, I have specialized in civil trial work, primarily insurance defense. I have also practiced in the fields of medical malpractice and commercial litigation. I was defense counsel for State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company in Volusia County from 1980-1997. I am past President of the Volusia County Civil Trial Attorneys Association. I have continued to be a member of the ABA and the trial lawyers division of that organization. I have been Board Certified in Civil Trial practice since 1990. I am admitted to practice in all Federal Courts of the State. In 1994, I became a Certified Mediator in the Circuit Court, Volusia County, Florida. In 2005, I divested myself of the remainder of my civil litigation practice to become a full time circuit civil mediator.
