Wally McDonough has been the President and Manager of ELK Consulting Services, LLC in Boston, MA since 2006. Before starting ELK, he held the following positions: Executive Vice President and General Counsel from 1996-2007 at Suffolk Construction Company, Inc. in Boston, MA; Assistant General Counsel from 1993-1996 at Perini Corporation in Framingham, MA; Associate from 1990-1993 at Hinckley, Allen & Snyder in Boston MA; Litigation Department Trial Attorney from 1987-1990 at Fine & Ambrogne in Boston, MA. Mr. McDonough's in-house positions combined substantial legal experience with the benefit of acting as a senior executive in two large corporations. 

Wally McDonough has successfully mediated over 300 cases in the following areas:
