BIOGRAPHICAL:Valerie Tobin has over twenty years of experience as an attorney in the area of civil litigation and fifteen years of experience as a mediator and arbitrator of civil/commercial cases.
A member of the USA&M national panel of neutrals in 1992, Valerie began mediating disputes for the Atlanta office, before joining the Henning Mediation panel in 1996. From 1995 to 2002, Valerie served as Executive Director of the Fulton County court-sponsored ADR Externship Program, where she trained and mentored Emory and GSU law students. In 2005, she joined BAY Mediation & Arbitration Services, where she regularly mediates cases. She has mediated hundreds of cases in a wide range of practice areas with a concentration on auto and trucking accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, business and contract disputes, landlord/tenant and family law.
