Biographical

Tom has practiced law for 35 years, and has extensive experience as an advocate and a mediator. He has tried approximately 75 jury trials, and has served as the mediator in approximately 1,000 matters. He has experience in resolving a broad variety of disputes. 

Admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in West Virginia.

$250 to $375 per hour, depending upon case complexity and number of parties.
