BIOGRAPHICAL:A trial attorney for over 30 years with experience in all courts, representing both plaintiffs and defendants, Mr. McNeese litigated cases involving medical malpractice, legal malpractice, products liability, admiralty, criminal, contract and commercial law and personal injury cases. He was also a prosecuting attorney for Marion County from 1972-1976.
Over the last decade, Mr. McNeese has turned to fulltime mediation practice, handling over 1000 cases to date.
