BIOGRAPHICAL:

Hon. Terri S. Diem offers more than 30 years of experience as a judge, prosecutor, public defender, private attorney and dispute resolution professional.  Judge Diem, a JAMS panelist since 2003, has provided ADR services in a wide variety of civil/commercial, construction, personal injury and domesttuc matters.  Before her move to full time dispute resolution, she presided as a settlement judge in a variety of cases for the District Court.  In her private law practice, Judge Diem was called upon to serve as mediator in domestic relations cases.
