BIOGRAPHICAL:Currently, my practice is limited to serving as Town Attorney for two towns, representing the County Department of Social Services, appeals, mediaition and arbitration. My litigation experience covers a broad range of matters including criminal, business, contracts, insurance/personal injury (plaintiff and defense), family law and equitable distribution. In addition to hundreds of mediations, I have served as a court appointed referee, arbitrator and I am frequently selected as the third party neutral.
