BIOGRAPHICAL:Steve Rottman is a tireless, spirited mediator who brings a fresh, creative approach to brokering settlements. Steve spent most of his career as a trial lawyer representing both employees and employers in complex work-related disputes. He "gets it." He understands what drives employment disputes and why they are so hard to resolve without the help of a mediator. Some cases need to be tried, but most should settle. Steve has helped countless attorneys and their clients break impasse and reach resolution without the pain, risk and cost of continued litigation.

RatesFlat Rate: $6,000/full-day; $7000 for class actions.
The flat rate includes all advance preparation time and unlimited hours at the mediation itself. If the case is not resolved and the parties request substantial post-mediation follow-up, such time will be charged on an hourly basis, at a rate of $600/hr. Travel-related fees will be charged only in the event travel is required outside the greater Los Angeles region. Full payment of the mediation fee must be received in advance of the mediation date.
