BIOGRAPHICAL:Scott was a Deputy Commissioner with the North Carolina Industrial Commission for ten years. Since 1999, he has devoted his professional career to a full time mediation practice.
Scott has also been selected by his peers to be included in Best Lawyers in America, in the specialty of Alternative Dispute Resolution, for 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 & 2012. Scott also has a ranking in the 2010 edition of the US News - Best Lawyers "Best Law Firms" rankings.
