BIOGRAPHICAL:Ruth Glick is a full time arbitrator and mediator whose skill and knowledge of ADR derives from her background as a lawyer, businesswoman and educator. She has had over 25 years experience as a dispute resolver in both her legal and business careers and was Adjunct Professor of Arbitration and ADR Law at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law for ten years. She serves as a full time neutral for business, commercial, securities, financial, real estate, medical malpractice, estate, technology and labor and employment disputes. She is on the commercial arbitration and mediation panels of the American Arbitration Association, the arbitration panel of the Office of the Independent Administrator for medical malpractice issues, the Panel of Distinguished Neutrals for CPR, as well as ADR panels of a number of court, industry and government entities. A Super Lawyer of Northern California and an author and lecturer on ADR topics, she received her B.A. degree from Northwestern, law degree from University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
Ms Glick was trained as a mediator for legal disputes at Harvard Law School's Program. She is a member of the California Bar, past President of The Mediation Society, Distinguished Fellow, International Academy of Mediators, Fellow and former Director of the College of Commercial Arbitrators, Secretary of the Council, Dispute Resolution section of the ABA, former member, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ADR Committee, past President, California Dispute Resolution Council, and former President of the Bar Association of San Francisco Arbitration Committee. EDUCATION:Ms. Glick earned a B.A. degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois and a law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. She was trained as a mediator for legal disputes at Harvard Law School's Program.
