BIOGRAPHICAL:Roger Mills actively practiced law for 34 years, representing both defendants and plaintiffs, trying approximately 150 cases. Since 2002, Mr. Mills, as a Registered and Certified Mediator, has narrowed his practice to mediation and arbitration, providing state-wide coverage as well as having an office centrally located in Macon, Georgia.
Roger is an activist mediator whose services are sought equally by the defense bar and plaintiff's bar, particularly in multi-party and complex pieces of litigation. He mediates or arbitrates approximately 200 cases each year and maintains a very high success rate.
Roger has been an invited speaker throughout the state on the subject of dispute resolution.
