BIOGRAPHICAL:Formerly a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney and in active practice since 1986, Rodney Romano established a fulltime mediation practice in 2000 and founded Matrix Mediation in 2006.
Since then he has mediated over 4500 cases, and has acted as arbitrator (both panel and sole) on numerous occasions. His case experience includes: Auto Negligence; Bad Faith Claims Commercial Litigation; Complex Personal Injury; Construction Litigation; Contract Claims; Governmental Issues; Claims against governmental agencies; Eminent Domain cases; Insurance Claims and Coverage Issues; Medical Malpractice; Nursing Home Negligence/Chapter 400 cases; Premises Negligence; Private Trials; Products Liability; other professional negligence; special master. He also serves as umpire in property/homeowner damage claims.
