BIOGRAPHICAL:

Since 1976, Mr. Sneed has maintained an active practice of law involving the representation of Plaintiffs and Defendants in the areas of commercial/contract disputes, personal injury, medical malpractice and product liability.

Mr. Sneed was certified as a mediator in 1988, and has completed numerous advanced mediator training courses/programs. Mr. Sneed has participated as an instructor/trainer in basic mediator training courses, as well as advanced mediator training courses/programs. Mr. Sneed is the Executive Director of Mississippi Mediation and Arbitration. In addition to lecturing on the subject of mediation and arbitration, he has also served as an arbitrator or mediator for over 3000 disputes in the areas of personal injury, medical/legal malpractice, product liability and commercial/contract disputes.
