In addition to 40 years of practice as an AV rated civil trial lawyer (plaintiff and defense) and being Board Certified by the NBTA (Civil Trial Advocacy), I am listed in Best Lawyers in America and Oklahoma Super Lawyers. I am currently practicing law and serve as an Administrative Law Judge for the Oklahoma Health Care Authority.  My ADR philosophy is to use my experience to encourage the parties toward settlement as an evaluative mediator.  Through preparation, I believe in interacting with the parties and counsel to adjust expectations of every party to reach a reasonable result.  As an arbitrator, I am honest, fair and impartial to all parties.
