BIOGRAPHICAL:

Bob Hoyle has practiced law in Manatee County, Florida since 1986. He is a 1975 graduate of Harvard College and a 1986 graduate of Capital University Law School, cum laude. While in law school he wrote a published law review article entitled "Computation of Attorney Fees in Structured Settlements: A Search for Basis". Mr. Hoyle has also published "Mediation Strategies:  Preparing the Client for Mediation" in the Fall 2011 edition of Action Line, a publication of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, in addition to  "Preparing for Mediation: The Advocate"," Do You Have A Settlement?", and "Amendment To Rule 1.720" in the Inter Alia, a publication of the Manatee County Bar Association. He has lectured on various topics for the Manatee County Bar Association, the Manatee County School System and the Manatee County Association of Realtors. 

The emphasis of his practice is in the areas of mediation, real property, probate, business law, and general civil trial practice. He had been certified as a circuit civil mediator since 1999 and is also certified as a county civil mediator and appellate mediator. Mr. Hoyle completed the Harvard Law School Mediation Training Program.  He has completed the training necessary to accept Circuit Court appointments as an arbitrator and is a Federal mediator. He is a member of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators, the American Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section, the Florida Bar Alternative Dispute Section,  and the Association for Conflict Resolution. Mr. Hoyle completed the Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediation Training program mandated by the Florida Supreme Court to qualify for the conduct of foreclosure mediations. He is also a qualified mediator in the state of Alabama.

Mr. Hoyle offers office facilities for the conduct of mediations and arbitrations.

Rates

Rates:
$270 per hour
  • Two hour minimum charge
  • There is no charge for travel time for matters convened in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Charlotte, Desoto, Polk, Sarasota,and Hardee Counties. -

  • Significant travel expenses will be discussed and arrangements made for prepayment at least two weeks prior to the scheduled date of mediation for matters outside of the counties listed above.
