BIOGRAPHICAL:Bob Hornberger began law practice in Fort Smith, Arkansas, in 1972. From that time until 1998, he practiced in the field of civil litigation with concentration in personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability and business litigation. In 1994, he attended a basic mediation training course and, in 1998, left private practice to begin his career as a mediator/arbitrator. From that time through 2011, he has conducted over 2,000 mediations and related processes, the primary concentration being mediation. Bob has attended a variety of advanced mediation training courses, held numerous positions in alternative dispute resolution organizations and given speaking presentations on various aspects of alternative dispute resolution to a number of groups.
