BIOGRAPHICAL:Bob Brinson has been in continuous active civil trial practice in High Point, NC since 1976 and active mediation practice since 2001. He is a member manager of Roberson Haworth & Reese, PLLC in High Point.
He has trial, mediation and appellate experience in complex business and commercial disputes, contracts, condemnation proceedings, construction law, employment contracts, minority shareholder litigation, personal injury, products liability, real estate litigation and will caveats. A substantial amount of his trial and mediation practice is devoted to wills and trust litigation, complex business matters and eminent domain.
Bob carries an AV peer review rating in Martindale-Hubbell. He is member of approved lists of mediators for the NC Business Court and the NC Industrial Commission
