BIOGRAPHICAL:Mr. Stoudemire is a Board Certified Workers' Compensation Lawyer in the state of Florida. In addition, he is a Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator. Mr. Stoudemire's practice encompasses personal injury, professional liability, premises liability, motor vehicle and nursing homes cases, state workers' compensation cases, longshore and harbor workers' claims and Jones Act cases. His practice also involves complex commercial litigation cases. Mr. Stoudemire is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell, it's highest rating. In addition, Mr. Stoudemire has been designated as a "Super Lawyer" in the area of personal injury litigation.
Mr. Stoudemire is a lifelong resident of Jacksonville, Florida. He joined Cole, Stone, Stoudemire & Morgan, P.A. in 1990, and the firm merged with Boyd & Jenerette P.A. in 2009.
