BIOGRAPHICAL:

Primarily engaged in a business litigation practice focusing on trial and appellate courts and on arbitration and mediation. Experience in business negotiations and litigation supervision in Latin America, Europe and Asia. Experience in disputes regarding corporations, partnerships, construction, employment, intellectual property, real estate, contracts and other commercial issues.

Mr Page has mediated several hundred disputes involving development of computer products, development contract and trade secret protection of computer circuit boards, patent licensing agreement and product development, environmental and toxic issues and employment terminations. He has also handled corporate and partnership restructuring; franchises, distribution agreements and other contracts; securities, real property and other sales commissions; and securities investments.

Acting as an arbitrator, Mr. Page has arbitrated cases including value of barter agreement in sale of magazine, construction defects, real property development in Mexico, broker's handling of investment portfolio, existence and dissolution of high technology enterprise, agricultural supply contracts, termination of officers, valuation of real property, and insurance coverage.
