BIOGRAPHICAL:

Mr. Blount has been mediating cases since the early 90's, and has mediated in excess of 1500 cases to date.

Percy has arbitrated in excess of 125 cases. He was appointed in 1997 by the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia as Arbitrator to determine property damage disputes of landowners against Atlanta Gas Light Company. The Arbitrator determined the damage and fair market value of real property affected by the former operation of the Atlanta Gas Light Manufacturing Plant.

Mr Blount has arbitrated or mediated numerous domestic cases on issues of property division as well as custody and visitation issues.
