BIOGRAPHICAL:Pat Siuta is President of Henning Mediation's ADR Training Division. She has mediated and arbitrated hundreds of cases in a variety of areas including employment, commercial, personal injury, construction, probate, and domestic relations. Ms. Siuta serves as a mediator for the Georgia courts and served as an arbitrator for Ford Motor Company's Dispute Settlement Board for three years.
As an expert in the field of ADR, she has designed and provided training nationally for lawyers, judges, law firms, corporations, insurance companies, and governmental agencies.She has extensive litigation experience representing clients in a broad variety of areas including employment, personal injury, commercial,disability, and domestic relations.In addition to practicing law, Ms. Siuta taught law at Georgia State and Hamline University law schools.
