BIOGRAPHICAL:

Michael Walls became a certified mediator / arbitrator in 1995. He was formerly Of Counsel and Mediator with Roberts & Fish, P.C. and joined the Upchurch Watson White & Max Media-tion Group in January 2004. While attending law school, Mike served as a multi-line adjuster and claims supervisor with Commercial Union Insurance Co. giving him extensive experience in the area of insurance disputes. He is a former partner in the insurance defense firm, Smith, Spires & Peddy and his legal career also includes experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters.

Mike mediates many cases in a broad range of federal and state court civil matters and is highly sought after by leading Plaintiff and Defense attorneys. Mike is recognized as a Fellow in the Alabama Academy of Attorney Mediators.
