BIOGRAPHICAL:

Michael S. Orfinger joined Upchurch Watson White & Max panel of neutrals in 2001, and became a shareholder and principal in 2004 when he decided to devote his entire practice to mediation. As a member of The Florida Bar since 1989, Mr. Orfinger has a broad base of litigation experience that allows him to effectively mediate a wide range of disputes.

Mr. Orfinger is an experienced appellate practitioner as well, and has been a contributing author to continuing legal education publications of The Florida Bar. He is certified as a circuit court mediator, as a qualified arbitrator, and as an appellate mediator by the Fifth District Court of Appeal.

Rates

$360 per hour, divided equally between parties.
