Biographical

Michael D. Duncan has been a trial lawyer since 1986, with more than 50 jury trials in Oklahoma state and federal courts, including as lead counsel in complex insurance bad faith and product liability litigation. He is AV® Preeminent rated for legal ability and ethical standards by the national attorney rating service Martindale-Hubbell.
