Michael Diliberto has served as a Mediator, Arbitrator and Hearing Officer to resolve hundreds of cases in a variety of fields, including, copyrights, patents, trademarks, unfair competition, entertainment, defamation, employment (discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour class actions) construction and real estate, insurance, corporate and partnership matters, products liability, legal and medical malpractice, and serious injury matters. He is known for applying his creativity, negotiating skills, patience and persistence to achieve successful results. Michael is a full-time Neutral and President of Advantage Arbitration and Mediation Services, LLC.
