A partner in the law firm of Gass Weber Mullins, LLC. Trial and appellate practice includes complex business and commercial disputes, and defense of cases involving catastrophic injury and death, in trial and appellate federal and state courts.  Practice includes arbitration and mediation of business and commercial disputes.  Served as the managing partner of the firm during 2012 and 2013.
